We ask for your name and home address for the purposes of delivering your bird safe window kit. We also ask for your email for the purpose of following up with you in regard to your participation in the project. Your information will be kept confidential within the Bird Safe Guelph organization. We will delete your address from our records after your kit has been delivered. We will keep your name and email on file until we receive confirmation from you that your kit has been used, or until you request that we delete this information from our records.
